

Kevin Johnson
Kevin Johnson graduated from St. John Fisher College in 2002 with degrees in political science and history. After working for several years following college, Mr. Johnson then attended the University of Buffalo Law School, graduating in 2008. After graduation he was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2009.
During law school, Mr. Johnson served as a legal intern for the Honorable Michael A. Telesca of the Western District of New York and the Legal Aid Society, Immigration Unit. He also participated in the Desmond Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Johnson initially joined Thomas & Solomon LLP in 2007 as a Law Clerk, and then became an Associate upon completion of the bar exam. Since joining Thomas & Solomon LLP, Mr. Johnson has worked extensively on representing employees in wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and in various discrimination suits under Title VII, the ADA and the ADEA.
