

Michael J. Lingle
Michael Lingle supports the firm in a broad range of employment law cases and executive compensation issues, and has served as lead attorney on several occasions. He counsels and litigates on a wide variety of employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA and breach of contract claims. Prior to joining Thomas & Solomon LLP, Mr. Lingle was an associate in the executive compensation and employee benefits group in the New York City office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. His experience working on the corporate side, especially with contracts, proves invaluable when negotiating contracts and severance agreements for employees.
